I’m a proud dad to three amazing children, all of whom have hearing loss, and being there for them is the most important part of my life.

Men’s mental health is important to me. I’ve seen first-hand how mental health can affect individuals and families, and I believe it’s something we need to talk about more. I understand the importance of getting outside, going for a walk, and spending time in the outdoors to clear your head and stay balanced.

I enjoy football, training in the gym, and staying active as part of a healthy and positive lifestyle.
