NEW WALK STARTING FRIDAY 11TH DECEMBER 2026

Hi, I’m John, age 52. I have plenty of walking experience in the North-West of England, in the Sussex Downs, and also 2 caminos in Spain.  Currently I live on a houseboat in Shoreham-by-Sea.

• I battled anxiety myself and past depression
• My brother died from Suicide 2011
• I have been living in isolation and live alone
• I wanted to help others who struggled with their mental health.
