NEW WALK STARTING WEDNESDAY 6th JANUARY 2026

Hello, our names are Jake I’m 28 years old and Nath is 30 years old we have lived in the Malvern area all our lives.

We have both struggled personally in the past with our own mental health.

The one thing we found a struggle within the area, is the lack of support for men’s mental health. This is why we have decided to start a group in Malvern to try and support the men in the area.

We want to support others by simply meeting up for a walk and have a good old chat as we walk in our beautiful town. No fees, no booking required, just come along. EVERY MAN IS WELCOME no matter what age, background or fitness ability.
