NEW WALK STARTING 25th AUGUST 2025

Hi, my name is Adam I am 53 years old and a father to a grown up Daughter, Son and a Grandson also.

I have been clean and sober for 10 years.
Diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2024 and currently under active surveillance. 
I don’t believe men have an opportunity to share, maybe don’t know how. I
am creating this group to give guys that opportunity. To talk through men’s issues with mental health, physical health or just enjoy a walk with likeminded men.
I believe my own experiences will enable me to successfully facilitate the group.
