Hi, I’m Matty—dad of three, grandpa to three, and a fan of walks with family and friends, especially when they end with a good coffee! Spent my working life supporting people and listening to their stories, so I value having space to chat.

I support Leeds, play piano, and love travelling. Losing both parents quite recently has deepened my understanding of the pressure men can feel to stay strong while struggling themselves. I know I’m not alone in this.
