NEW WALK STARTING WEDNESDAY 3RD JULY
Anthony is an RAF veteran having served 31 years. He was medically discharged following a diagnosis for PTSD. He uses sport and physical activity as part of his recovery process and coping strategy. He has competed at 2 Invictus Games and used this to raise awareness of mental health and in particular the support that is available.
I am interested in this event of just talking to other men. There is absolutely no support for me as a male going through a divorce and being a victim of domestic, physical, mental and financial abuse.
I also use walking, cycling and exercise as a vehicle to maintain my mental welfare.
