Hi. My name is Mark and I am the walk leader for the Kenilworth group of MWAT.
I first became aware of MWAT through a friend and I initially enquired as to whether there were any walks in my local area. There were not but I was asked if I’d like to start a group. Of course I said yes.
Having dealt with my own mental health struggles in 2019, I recognise how vitally important groups like this can be.
I look forward to this group growing and becoming a beacon for men that might need it.
I work as an engineer in Leamington and enjoy weekends away in my camper van. The outdoors are a huge part of my life and I enjoy hiking and getting into the Mountains of Wales. In December of 2022 I was honoured to be made a Director of Men Walking and Talking.

We meet every Thursday at 7pm on Abbey Fields Car Park, we walk for aprox an hour.
Just turn up and look for the group.

Hi Nick,
We walk every Thursday regardless of weather and walk between 2.5 and 3.5 miles. Routes vary from street to across country but nothing too strenuous.
