Hi, my name is Chris. Many men struggle to talk about their mental health, myself included.
Traditional support routes can feel intimidating or inaccessible. A simple walk creates a relaxed environment where conversation happens more naturally, side by side rather than face to face.
This group is here to help tackle isolation, build a sense of community, and encourage honest conversations while also promoting physical wellbeing. By bringing men together regularly, we can create supportive connections, reduce stigma around mental health, and provide an early outlet before issues become more serious.
Ultimately, it’s about creating a space where no one feels they have to deal with things alone.
