Hi there! Pleasure to meet you! My name’s Phil and I have the pleasure of being the Reading walk leader.
From the age of 25 I struggled with understanding and liking myself. After that realisation I spent the next ten years using different forms of therapy to figure out my past and get to a place I not only liked but loved the person I am. All the therapy I’ve done has had one main thing in common. The ability to talk openly and freely without the fear of judgement. That is exactly why I wanted to be a MWAT leader, to help spread the word (literally) and give Men a safe place to talk about their struggles.
