I’m 21 years old and living at home with my parents and my brother.

My life hasn’t been easy as I went through a tough time at school and at college with being bullied and being mistreated by other people. I was diagnosed at the age of 10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and with that it came with lots of challenges I’ve faced in my life and I’m still dealing with challenges to this day.

My mental health went downhill in 2024 where I sought support and found out about MWAT in Sandbach. I joined the group back in December 2024 as an attendee and attended pretty much week in and week out. This has helped me become more confident in myself as a person but I’ve met like-minded people in the group and bonded friendships as well. People within the last year have helped me turn my life around and now I want to pay it forward and help those who need it.
