   Hi, I’m trying to find ways for my son to find meaningful connections in Shrewsbury. He is almost 23, on the autistic spectrum with ADHD, 9athough you probably wouldn’t realise it. He also has complex PTSD and social anxiety but is very personable and wants to connect and make friends. I wanted to ask if you thought your group might be suitable? He is struggling with loneliness, he moved into his first home last June but then his only friends moved away to Telford. He doesn’t have any friends or peers of his own age and spends 95% of his time alone. Many thanks

   Hi my husband is dealing with a mental health illness and is looking to do things to help his health both physically and mental health and would like to do it with ppl that understand his situation. Please could you send me some info on your walks .
