NEW WALK STARTING THURSDAY 10TH DECEMBER 2026

I’m Ian, although the majority of the people that know me call me Jock.  I am a father of two amazing daughters, Sofia 14 and Georgia 9. 
I love the outdoors, hiking with my mates, and before my knees gave in I was a half decent goalkeeper and cricketer.  I have close family and friends that have been through a lot and struggled with their mental health.
When I saw what the movement at Men Walking And Talking were doing, I thought it was amazing and I wanted to get a group started in my local area. If I can help even a little bit and get men out and about talking to each other it will be so worthwhile.
