Hi, I’m Tom and I co-lead the Penarth walk with a friend, Al.
Every Wednesday at 7pm, we take the lead on a laid back walk through Penarth. I kicked this off because, honestly, there was a gap – no casual walking groups in the evenings locally, and definitely none focusing on mental well-being. I’ve been there, feeling the need to get out and just have a chat with someone. So I decided to do something about it.
This group is about providing a space where guys can talk openly without any judgement. We’re not reinventing the wheel here; it’s just a group of guys enjoying a walk and talking about real life.
Join us when you can – Tuesdays at 7pm. It’s a good chance to get out, shake off the day, get some fresh air, and chat with other guys who get it. No drama, no pressure, just a group of lads looking out for each other.
